14. LooCafe Android app

The LooCafe app on Google Play (com.loocafe.toiletfinder) is published by Ixora Corporate Services Private Limited. This section describes data the app handles. It is separate from website inquiry forms.

• Account: name, email address, Firebase user ID, and an employer staff identifier for signed-in staff accounts. Guest map browsing does not create a profile you manage.
• Location: approximate and precise location while the app is open, to centre the unit map and to attach staff photos and visits to the correct unit. The app does not collect location in the background.
• Photos: camera photos of unit condition taken by staff, and a photo you choose when sending a bug report.
• Device: a notification token so operational alerts can be delivered to that device.
• Diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance, and PostHog product analytics (feature usage and stability). These are not used for advertising and are not sold.
• Maps: Google Maps renders the unit map. Location you grant is used to centre that map.

App data is stored with Google Firebase. Authorised LooCafe operations staff can review submissions for the unit they are responsible for. To delete an app account, use the account deletion page.
